I would have voted for the second point, but I voted for the last then.
The key point is that this system is no real socialism. We didn't ever have a socialistic system in history.
"What about USSR, China, DGR or North Korea", you may ask. I for one believe that they aren't really socialistic systems. I think they were/are fascistic systems that only
call themselves socialistic (as the US is a facistic system that calls himself capitalistic-democratic), but none of these states was/is a state that would be termed "socialistic" by Marx if he still was alive.
I think it's good that this small country is still independent from US, but with the new imperialistic tendences, I don't think it can stay independent for long.
